Meet Goliath — the ultimate cuddle buddy with a heart as big as his ears!

Goliath is a sweet, gentle soul who just wants to love and be loved. He’s happiest when he’s close to you — snuggled at your feet, following you from room to room, or snoozing in his crate (as long as it’s beside your bed!). This cuddlebug lives for affection and chicken-flavored treats. He’s calm, curious, and a fast learner — already mastering “sit” and learning to wait calmly for his meals. 

Goliath is working on crate-training and potty-training, and walks beautifully on leash. He’s not a fan of cold or rainy weather and may need a little coaxing to venture out, but once he’s outside, he’s happy to sniff around and explore at his own pace. He is currently going on 4-5 short walks a day (totaling an hour) but enjoys longer walks when the weather is nice. He is medium energy. He's shown no signs of separation anxiety or guarding behaviours and has been left alone for up to an hour and a half with no troubles.

Goliath can be shy at first, but his warm, loving nature shines through quickly. He is good with other dogs and gentle with kids. He met a cat on a visit to a friend's and did well. His ideal home includes patient humans who have time to be with him and help continue his training.  He’s not medium-energy, and he gets the occasional evening zoomies and enjoys short walks and sniffing adventures.
